New functionality

• IsProduction has been added to both export and import of users, that indicates if the user has the producer-role
• Under Production in administration GUI it now lists any orders that are awaiting approval and an option to resend the approval-mail to the approver

Changes

• Flippage-generation for non-responsive has been deactivated and removed
• Changing password from non-responsive has been deactivated and removed, automatically redirecting to new GUI
• Non-responsive order-approval has been deactivated and removed, automatically redirectingto new GUI
• Non-responsive profile-page has been deactived and removed, automatically redirectingto new GUI
• Orderreports from category has been sorted by OrderID descending
• The use of images as icons has been removed in administration GUI and replaced by icons based on font-awesome
• The use of complex dropdownlists with icons has been replaced by a lighter version that supports font-awesome

Bugfixes

• Orderreports could fail or be incomplete if it contained older orders because of a change for the way addresses now is stored on orders
