Order documents from Backoffice

Impleo Backoffice can generate order documents that extract order information from the system.

The order documents are set up as normal template products in Impleo Web, but there are certain variables that must be correct in order to extract the correct information.

Here we have set up two generic order documents; one for the complete order/order sumamry and a more detailed one for each order line. The variables can be imported into a template product in Impleo Web with the XML files in the attached zip archive at the bottom.

"Order summary" creates an order document with all products/order lines in the same order:

"Detailed orderline" creates an order document with only the selected order line:

Make sure to allocate the correct access rights for the template products so the correct users can access them from Backoffice.
Then link their Product IDs in Impleo Backoffice by going to Tools → My settings:

Insert the assigned Product IDs from Impleo Web into Impleo Backoffice:

If everything is set up correctly, you can now generate and download teh order documents under Action for the selected order line in Impleo Backoffice:
