New functionality

• Dutch added as new language
• Storage used is now calculated and shown on category-level. For categories with subcategories the total storage used for all categories are calculated
• Storage used for fontfiles on the system is shown in adminstration GUI
• Storage used for all and selected skin is shown in administration GUI
• Export of orders from category can now be selected by year or year+month

Changes

• Category-menu is now set to be loaded asynchronous if enabled. A "spinner" will be used as a placeholder until it is fully loaded. This will improve responsiveness for the first page-load after logging in
• "Share to email"-functionality for non-resposnive has been deactivated and removed
• "Custom action"-functionality for non-responsive has been deactivated and removed
• "SMS"-functionality for non-responsive templateproducts has been deactivated and removed
• "Merge"-functionality for non-responsive has been deactivated and removed
• The non-responsive customize-step has been updated to use (more) font-awesome based icons instead of image-based icons
• Unknown assets in media-archive will be illustrated with a correspondig font-awesome-icon or when unknown format an general font-awesome-icon will be used. It no longer uses image-based icons
• Danish translations has been updated
