New functionality

• Resending orders for approvals. Now with date of when it was last was resent and option to send to individual or to selected orders
• Added option for specifying a group as a category-administrator

Bugfix

• Cropping images was not working correctly unless the image first was selected through the filemodal-window
• Cropping fails in certain scenarios where the crop-rectangle is maximized in either horizontal or vertical direction and the image dimension is large and the aspect-ratio causes a math-rounding problem that results in the crop-box to be negative. Now the cropping checks for a negative start-position and adjusts this back to zero and re-adjusts the height to not be larger than the maximum
• Reordering the non-responsive combined-templateorders from My profile did not load the data correctly. Fixed so that it has the correct parameters
• When using images from media-archive the resolution-settings were unavailable in Administration GUI
