New functionality

• Option added for specifying a group for category adminstration in Administration GUI
• Added general support for explicit SSL for plain ftp

• When enabling the use of an creditamount the remaining amount to be paid is shown in cart
• When using onlinepayment to pay an order in combination with having an creditamount defined, only the "rest-amount" will be sent and charged to the online-payment system

Changes

• Pagecount is added to emails (when in detailed orderlines) for template orderlines and where the Pagecount defined on the template itself differs from the generated pagecount for the order, typically when doing a merge of data.

Bugfix

• The "added to cart"-message when in mobile was not visible. This message has now been been re-positioned so that it is shown to the left of "burger-menu"
• The cached language-menu in header for an user was not correctly released when saving the user in Administration GUI
• When an category-administrator creates a subcategory this user was not added category-administrator-rights to this category
• When a sub-category is added by a system administrator and the category has category-administration defined this will be inherited to the sub-category
• Paging for workflow-errors in administration GUI was not working
