New functionality

• Option for specifying that a user can impersonate other users from within its department or across all departments. Applies only to responsive GUI
• When choosing to impersonate a user on a template the data from this user will be used for internal datasources.

Changes

• Formatted textfields is now defined as inline (div instead of iframe-method) in order to trigger changes when cursor is moved out of the field. Applies only to responsive GUI.
• Removed the red delete x button from image preview in dropdown

Bugfix

• Textareas of multiple lines with auto-shrinking of fontsize was not storing the last used position for further floating. Fixed.
