New functionality

• Discountcodes can now be limited to specific categories. Categories can be separated with comma or semicolon. The calculcation of prices does not include any merging of pricing! Applies only to responsive GUI.

• Customorderferences are now shown in orderhistory and orderapprovals. Applies only to responsive GUI

Bugfix

• Some browsers appears to not read the css properly and hide the spinner shown when emptying the cart and the cart-icon was shown permanently. The <div> has now gotten an inline style with display:none. Applies only to responsive GUI
