New functionality

• External orderhistory now includes more fields in responsive GUI and the integration now also supports separate custom markup for responsive GUI. Applies only to responsive GUI
• Background-box now also supports barcodes including QR-codes and images of pdf-format.

Changes

• Some of the administration pages has been slight re-arranged to optimize space and also use more bootstrap-functions (admin of font and color for example).
• Administration of templatefields has new layout, where selected field is visually marked like the placement was. The left bar is now also partly made responsive.
• The QR-codes that had fixed background has been removed and automatically converted to the transparent one, now with a white background defined. This type of QR supports all colormodels and not just RGB.

Bugfix

• If a user has access to “My profile” but personal information is hidden and the default order reference is open for editing, it was not saved correctly. Fixed and applies only to responsive GUI
• The href to the default css for responsive did not specify releasinformation after 1 january 2020. Now the base responsive css is referenced like responsive_<releasenumber>.css, where releasenumber is 4 digits padded with 0. This could have caused problems with unwanted css-caching up to now. Applies to responsive GUI
