- Comment for orderline added to Jobticket. “OrderLineComment”

Bugfix
- Express-fee is now included and calculated correctly in cart-dropdown-menu
Changes
- For products in webshop-view the user-information are no longer loaded for all products and prices are cached for improved performance.
